DESCRIPTION:The Hawaii Pacific Gerontological Society and University of Hawaii Center on Aging are co-sponsoring a career day and job fair on Tuesday, March 14th, at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, Campus Center Ballroom, on the 2nd floor from 10am to 2pm. The purpose of this Career Day/Job Fair is to educate individuals about the range of career opportunities available in the field of aging and health care.\n\nVendors will represent diverse sectors of the aging field- from health care, architecture, business and more. There will be FREE PIZZA and refreshments, and DOOR PRIZES. Also- counselors from the MANOA CAREER CENTER will be on hand. Bring your questions and consult with them about career planning, job searches, and resume writing!\n\nVendors include:\n\nAloha Nursing Rehab Centre, Alzheimer’s Association Aloha Chapter, Architects Hawaii Limited, Bayada Home Care, Bristol Hospice, Generations Magazine w/ Project Dana, Hale Hauoli Adult Day Care, Hale Ho Aloha, Inc., Hale Kuike, LLC, Hawaii Center for Psychology, Hawaii SHIP, HMSA, Kahala Nui, Kokua Care,  Lanakila Pacific,  Manoa Cottage Kaimuki/Manoa Cottage Care Homes, Palolo Chinese Home, Rulon & Adamshick LLC, Senior Move Managers/De-Clutter Hawaii, Talent HR Solutions, The Caregiver Foundation,  The Ihara Team of Keller Williams Honolulu, The Plaza Assisted Living... and more will be added.\n\nThis event is free and open to all college students and high school students on Oahu, as well as anyone looking for a career or change in career.
