Dr. Kelsky has 15 years experience as an assistant professor, tenured associate professor, and department head in two major research universities, the University of Oregon and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She has a wealth of knowledge and will be teaching students and untenured faculty how to navigate the rough seas of the academic world.
