The HathiTrust is a massive preservation repository of digitized books and periodicals created by over 100 colleges and universities. As a member of the HathiTrust, the UHM community has access to the full text of all public domain works, and the ability to perform computations on the entire digital library.\n\nThe session will include:\nAn overview of the HathiTrust\nSearch strategies\nDownloading and working with PDFs\nCreating and finding collections  Full text searching of copyright materials \nAn overview The HathiTrust Research Center and further uses of the HathiTrust\n\nFeel free to bring your own lunch.
