He will share his culture and culinary flavors, including Tagliatelle Bolognese – Tagliatelle pasta served with slow cooked beef, pork, fresh herbs, red wine & parmesan cheese and Chicken Cacciatore with Risotto Milanese – A fricassee of Chicken & Porcini Mushrooms served with a saffron, white wine and parmesan risotto.\n\nJoin us for the Flavors of Italy Passport Dining Event on Tuesday, March 10 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Campus Center Lanai.
