DESCRIPTION:Living through a pandemic can be stressful and take a mental toll for some. Mental health is a topic we want to bring more awareness to especially during a difficult time like this. The CCB Activities Council will be hosting a mental health workshop - “Big Mood” - conducted by Joe Johnston from M.I.I. Professional Speaking. He is the author of “The M.I.I. Human Optimization Plan” who built on his passion to provide motivation, inspiration, and information to others.
