DESCRIPTION:The University of Hawai'i at Hilo gives the gift of song and stories to the UH 'Ohana, Ola ka 'Olelo, Ola ke Kanaka i ke Mele -  Language Lives, A People Lives Through Music in celebration of Hawaiian language month in February.\n\n“Ka Le'a 'Ohana i na Mele Hawai'i” will be presented by UH Hilo Associate Professor Kekoa Harman and his family members: Pelehonuamea Harman, a kumu at Ke Kula O Nawahiokalani'opu'u, Hawaiian Medium lab public charter school, Kalamanamana Harman, a 2019 graduate of Nawahi and a freshman at Dartmouth College, Kaumuali'i Harman and Nali'ipo'aimoku Harman, both students at Nawahi and Hi'iakaikawena'ula Harman who is 11 months old.
