DESCRIPTION:Humanity's oldest and most powerful and least lethal tool is conversation, and we’ve been getting less and less good at it. We see the failing in our work cultures, families, with clients as well as across cultures. \n\nUsing tools pulled from art, theater, design and architecture and pulling from a strong foundation in neuroscience we have been able to design the constructs for the hardest conversations of our lives to feel light, hopeful and even fun. \n\nFred will walk through the theoretical value of interpersonal storytelling through a practice he has called Illuminations. Fred will also outline some easy take-home tools and methods he has used with everyone from CEO’s to politicians to global leaders, helping facilitate better storytelling practices inside the workplace, that go on to inform and humanize the stories we then tell to our audiences.
