This presentation will examine and compare existing SVI frameworks and discuss how they have been incorporated into tools such as the FEMA Resilience Analysis and Planning Tool (RAPT) and the FEMA National Risk Index. Presentation topics also include SVI applications in Hawaii, as well as the use of SVI data to identify Hawaii communities vulnerable to climate change.
