It's also the story of two peoples--Jews and Americans of Japanese Ancestry (AJAs)--who both experienced government sanctioned oppression, racism & prejudice during World War II. Former AJA soldiers & Jewish survivors now living in Hawaii share their personal memories of that era. \n\n\nA discussion will follow the film showing.
