Simpson graduated from Mililani High School in 2019 and earned a Bachelor\nof Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance in Spring 2023 from the\nUniversity of Hawaii at Manoa. After being recruited by United States Army\nTransportation (ARTRANS), Mr. Simpson enrolled in the Army Civilian Career\nManagement Activity (ACCMA) Fellows Program from July 2023 – July 2024 at Fort\nGregg-Adams, Virginia.\n\n\n\nMr. Simpson currently functions as a Traffic Management Specialist within the Ocean\nCargo Clearance Authority (OCCA) of the 599 th Transportation Brigade, managing the\ndeployment and distribution of DoD-sponsored cargo via commercial liner. Since\njoining the 599th Transportation Brigade, Mr. Simpson has successfully coordinated a\nplethora of military movements and exercises within the Indo-Pacific region, leading\nto further recognition amongst ARTRANS leadership including a Warrior of the Week\nnomination on 17-MAR-2025. \n\n
