Information Technology Services (ITS) and the University of Hawaii (UH)
Bookstore have collaborated together to set up an Adobe licensing contract
called the "Contractual Licensing Program" (CLP) for the UH System. This is a
2-year contract effective
April 1, 2008 to May 31, 2010 by
UH DEPARTMENTAL PURCHASES ONLY
.
Under the CLP, UH departments are able to purchase Adobe licenses,
maintenance and media at a lower cost, and with no minimum
purchasing requirements. All orders must be placed through the
UH Bookstore. For pricing and ordering information, please

When reviewing the price list, please note that there are several tabs at
the bottom. There is a separate spreadsheet that contain pricing for the
licenses and another for media.
ATTENTION:
- What was known as "Maintenance" is now referred to as "Upgrade
Licenses"
- Adobe has acquired Macromedia, so all products that were previously
under Macromedia can be purchased under the Adobe CLP contract.
- ALL ORDERS MUST BE MADE OUT TO THE UH BOOKSTORE. PLEASE DO
NOT submit or make payments out to ITS for Adobe products. Any
payments made out to ITS will not be accepted and will be returned to you
immediately.
- Shrink-wrapped or Boxed product CDs will NOT work with the
licenses purchased under the CLP. You must purchase the media
under the CLP Program if you do not have the CD-ROM for the license(s)
being purchased. Loan CDs are NOT available.
- For UH faculty/staff who would like to purchase Adobe
products for personal use, you must purchase the boxed product from
any Adobe reseller. The UH Bookstore's boxed product price list can

PERSONAL PURCHASES: Active UH students, faculty and staff who
would like to purchase Adobe products may purchase selected titles from
the UH Bookstore under the Adobe Student
