Information Technology Services (ITS) has established a site license
program for qualitative software called NVivo for the University of Hawaii
(UH) system. All active UH faculty, staff and students are eligible
to purchase this annual site license through this program. This is
an ANNUAL LICENSE which follows the UH Fiscal Year, valid from
July to June 30th of the following year.
The ANNUAL price per license is as follows:
$200.00 per license for Windows

perpetual boxed product (does not time out), please

Ordering Instructions:
- Please call the Site License Office at 956-5783 to request the number of licenses
needed. (Please leave voicemail including your name, dept name, phone number and the
qty of licenses needed on the if no one is able to answer your call.)
- Complete, print and sign the
NVivo Order Form
(PDF Fillable Version - requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
NOTE: An NVivo Agreement Form must accompany each
order sent to ITS. If this is not sent in with your payment,
processing of your order will be delayed.

Unfortunately cash, credit cards, Pcards and UH

Students must also provide a copy of their valid UH ID (front and back).
NOTE: Tax and shipping fees are NOT needed.

- After ITS receives your order and processes your payment, the contact
person on the order form will be sent an email message confirmation. This
will contain the instructions on where to download the software (for new
licenses) or to contact the site license office to schedule a pick up
appointment to pick up an NVivo installation CD. If you are unable to pick
this up at the UH Manoa campus (different campus or Neighbor Island) we
will be able to send it out via Certified Mail.
