Information Technology Services (ITS) has executed a Windows XP Service Pack 2 (SP2) redistribution agreement (formerly called the Microsoft Higher Education Voluntary Distribution Program (HEVDP)) for University of Hawaii (UH) System. IT Specialists on behalf of their UH department or campus, can request the Windows XP SP2 CD(s) by completing the "Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 Redistribution Agreement Form" below. The person who signs this form must agree to abide by all terms described in the “Distribution Agreement for SP2 for Microsoft Windows XP for Certain Educational Institutions" specifically paragraph 2(b), “Tracking, Recall, and Update, as well as the succeeding Microsoft License Grant Letter. You must track your CD inventory throughout the distribution process and if requested, provide a current inventory distribution list that in turn, can be provided to Microsoft. If and when directed by Microsoft, ITS may issue a "Notice of Recall" whereby all copies of the CDs issued to you must be returned to ITS (as described in paragraph 2(b)). Individual faculty, staff or student may also pick up a single copy of this CD with a valid UH ID and a completed form.
Windows SP2 CD quantities are limited, and are on a first come, first
serve basis.
This CD can also be
