JMP® Pro Site License Program


Information Technology Services (ITS) has established a site license for the statistical analysis software called JMP Pro for the University of Hawaii Manoa (UHM) Campus ONLY. Active UHM faculty, staff and students may purchase this annual site license through this contract. The JMP Pro software is available for both the Windows and Macintosh platform.

This is an annual site license, which provides the user with the "right to use" the JMP Pro software for the duration of the UH Fiscal Year, beginning July 1st through June 30th of the following year and is not prorated. Renewal notification will be sent to the contact person by email after the new fiscal year begins.

USAGE RIGHTS:

  • Enrolled students, instructional faculty and researchers engaged in original academic research work on both university and personally-owned computers (home use) are allowed to use the license.
  • Institutional research and other administrative uses related to the operation or improvement of a university or at an associated healthcare institution including patient care and sponsored research are not included within the scope of the license. Please contact the ITS Site License Administrator for alternative options.

Annual Pricing:

  • $65.00 per JMP Pro Individual License
  • $55.00 per JMP Pro Computer Lab License
    (Qty: 5 or more computers)

NOTE: Theses licenses are only available for UH Manoa campus faculty, staff and students.


Ordering Instructions:

  1. Complete, print and sign the JMP Pro Order Form
    (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader)
  2. Acceptable forms of payment:
    • UH Interdepartmental Order (FSO-30)
    • RCUH Purchase Order, UH Foundation Purchase Order, EWC Requisition
      • Please enter an email address in the INVOICE TO section (if applicable) to have the Invoice emailed instead of a printed copy sent out by mail.
    • Credit card payment (For single account purchases only. You do not need to submit an Order Form if purchasing by credit card.)
    • Check (personal check, money order, cashier's check)
      • Make the check out to: University of Hawaii ITS
      • Returned Check Fee: $25.00 fee for each returned check that has been returned from the maker's bank for any reason (e.g., insufficient funds, closed bank account, incorrect bank information).
    NOTES:
    Cash is NOT accepted.
    Tax and shipping fees are NOT needed.

  3. Drop off or send the completed JMP Order Form and Payment to the following address:

    If you are unable to send the original IDO or PO, you may email a scanned copy of the Payment and JMP Pro Order Form to: sladmin@hawaii.edu.

  4. After ITS receives and processes your payment, the contact person listed on the order form will be sent an order confirmation by email. A separate email via the UH File Drop system will be sent to the contact person with a link to download the software (Note: the custom link will expire within 5-7 days).
