Hello World! We are SLA-ASIS&T Student Chapter at the
University of Hawaii at Manoa. We are a combination of Special Libraries Assocation and American Society Information Science & Technology.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to expose students to specialized libraries and emerging technologies. We want to provide students with a relaxed environment to explore technology with others who come into the program with little more than a basic knowledge of computing technology and graduate with a strong understanding of skills that will give students a tremendous advantage when students start their careers.
