Kenton Harsch (Kenny) has been a teacher and administrator in Japan and Hawai’i. He works with and advocates on behalf of ELI and SLS students, and works closely with a variety of campus departments and programs. In addition to helping run the ELI and BA program in SLS, Kenny also has taught ELI courses in Vietnam, an undergraduate SLS course on using film and video in language classrooms, and the capstone course for the BA in SLS. Kenny is also a co-founder of the Teacher Portfolio & Preparation workshop series (TiPPS), and enjoys helping SLS undergraduate and graduate students develop their professional philosophies and portfolios.
