UH Resources to Help Quit Smoking

As part of the policy, UH will offer smoking/tobacco use cessation programs. Each campus is responsible for establishment of cessation services for their own constituents. While those involved in the process will work together to ensure that all of the cessation programs offered across UH system will meet the basic standards for effective cessation services, the specific format and timeline of services may vary.

If you are interested in quitting smoking, please contact the appropriate individual or office on your campus as follows:
