HAWAIIAN menu to include:

  • Laulau (bundles of taro leaves or spinach filled with chicken)
  • Kalua pig (pork cooked in an earth oven)
  • Lomilomi salmon (chopped tomatoes, onions and salmon)
  • Squid luau (squid cooked with taro leaves and coconut cream)
  • Okinawan sweet potatoes
  • Rice
  • Poi (mashed taro)
  • Pineapple
  • Haupia (coconut pudding)
