Description: |

Percentage of supervisors with management specific training. A manager
must spend at least 8 hours during the year in management training in
order to be counted.

Assumptions: |
|
Total FTE (full-time equivalency) represents staff positions filled
for at least six months during the fiscal year rather than total
positions. Conference sessions that provide management development are
included.

Description: |
|
Percentage of staff, including supervisors, with relevant
training. Relevant training can include managerial, technical,
customer service training, etc. as appropriate. A staff member must
spend at least 8 hours during the year in relevant training in order
to be counted. Note: management training for supervisors is reflected
in this indicator as well as in the Management Development indicator.
