A paradox arises when the situation is thought about in the same mental framework as learned in dealing with length contraction. In this there are two places in both inertial systems and the two systems are symmetric. In time dilation, the twin case, this symmetry is not present. A paradox arises in many cases of making a wrong assumption rather than using principles. The phenomenon can be labeled The five on its side-effect.
