Laulima access issues. The ITS Laulima team
continues to work towards a solution for the intermittent outages of the
Laulima service. If you connect to Laulima and find it slow or the
initial login process to Laulima is slow, we suggest you completely quit
the web browser, wait a minute, then try again. Laulima is composed of
several "Laulima servers." By ending your current session and starting
a new one, you will probably be routed to another Laulima server that is
not having an issue. Monitor the Laulima page, MyUH
portal or ITS
webpage for possible updates. For assistance, contact the ITS
Help Desk by phone (808) 956-8883, toll free from neighbor islands
(808) 558-2669, or email help@hawaii.edu.
