Folders or files in the Resources tool can be set so that they are only accessible by certain groups.
In this example, new folders have already been created in Resources. For more information on using the Resources tool, click HERE.
To the right of the folder to which you want to assign to a group, click on "Actions" then clickon the "Edit Details" link in the drop-down menu.
On the Edit Detail page, select the radio button beside "Display this folder and its contents to selected groups only." Upon selecting the radio button, a listing of groups will appear beneath it. Check the box next to the group(s) for which you would like to make the folder or file available.
Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the page and your folder or file will only be visible to the selected group(s). Who can access the folder or file is indicated to the right of the "Actions" button.
