| DESCRIPTION: | ITS will be dropping support of the older Windows 2000 and Macintosh 10.2 (and below) desktops by June 30, 2008. Efforts will
be put into supporting the newer Windows Vista and Mac OS 10.5, in addition to continuing support for Windows XP and Mac OS
10.3 and 10.4. Please include plans to update your systems for the new fiscal year, July 1, 2008, if necessary.
