The US Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Lenovo, announced a voluntary recall of some ThinkCentre M90z and M70z all-in-one desktop PCs because of a fire hazard. A faulty component in the power supply could cause the system to overheat and catch fire. The affected systems were sold between May 2010 and March 2012.
Please check the Lenovo website to see if your computer is affected by the recall.
It is recommended that you immediately stop using the affected desktops and unplug the power cord. Lenovo is offering free power-supply replacements for all affected ThinkCenter M90z and M70z all-in-one desktop PCs.
