The Banner Team is working hard to resolve performance issues in the current versions of supported vendor platforms. Please be prepared for a Banner production outage from 5:00 p.m. (HST) Friday, October 26, through 8:00 a.m. (HST) Monday, October 29. The team will make its final determination on Thursday, October 25, whether the performance concerns have been addressed sufficiently to proceed with the upgrade activity. An update to this Notice will be posted by noon (HST) on Thursday, October 25.
Additional details: The MyUH, Resource25, and Banner production environments will be unavailable due to application software updates, in order to keep compliant with vendor support.
o Banner and "MyUH Academic Services" will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. (HST) Friday, October 26, through 8:00 a.m. (HST) Monday, October 29.
o MyUH will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. (HST) Friday, October 26, until 9:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27
o Resource25 will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. (HST) Friday, October 26, until 9:00 p.m. Saturday, October 27
The following services will be unavailable during this outage:
o Academic Services portion of the MyUH (aka Self-Services), which includes:
o Class Lists
o Payment Plan Sign Up
o eRefund Sign Up
o Forms (for Banner access)
Note: Email, Calendar and Laulima will be available during the scheduled down time:
o UH Email will be available at https://mail.google.com
o Laulima will be available at https://laulima.hawaii.edu

|UPDATE:||10/29/2012 08:48 AM: As of Monday, October 29, 2012, 8 a.m. (HST), the Banner services have been restored.
Users may experience connectivity problems if they have bookmarked old sites. If users encounter problems connecting to Banner services via forms or class availability sites, etc., please update the "http" link to "https".
