Microsoft released out-of-band Security Update for Internet Explorer (2799329), Microsoft Security Bulletin MS13-008, which patches a critical vulnerability found in IE 6, 7, and 8. This vulnerability allows remote code execution when a user visits a specially crafted malicious website using IE. IE 9 and 10 are not affected.
