The UH Identity Management System will be unavailable on mornings of Wednesday and Thursday, October 30 only, from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM, each day. The outage is required to accommodate planned network changes being made in preparation of the transition of online services to the new UH Data Center later in the near future. Previously the outage included October 31 also, but the additional downtime is no longer needed.
The following will not be available during this outage:
o My Profile channels in MyUH (in the My Account tab)
o Self-service password reset requests for forgotten passwords and the password change service
o UH Username requests (no new UH Usernames will be created for the duration of the outage)
o UH Identity Management Console (UHIMC is used by campus representatives, personnel officers)
o UHIMS Events, publication of UHIMS Person Registry updates for apps to consume
o ACER, allows individuals to view and review acknowledgements and certifications
o VIA, Visitor Internet Access authorizations
o White Pages Management System
