DESCRIPTION: Select Banner services will not be available from 1pm, April 5 (Saturday) to 6am, April 7 (Monday), 2014. The MyUH portal will also be unavailable during this time.

Unavailable services:
o Academic Services/Student Services portion of the MyUH (aka Self-Services), which includes:
- Registration
- Financial Aid
- Grades
- Transcripts
- Class Lists
- Payments
- Payment Plan Sign Up
- eRefund Sign Up
o Online Application
o Resource 25
o Forms (for Banner access)
o Reports (Oracle & Discoverer)

Available services:
o UH email & calendar:
o Laulima (except during daily down time from 3am to 4am):

What will be happening during this outage:
Servers will be unavailable due to required hardware maintenance: operating system (OS) upgrade; migration to new solid state disks; set up of new CPUs.
