At 12:00pm (noon) 9/30/14, ITS will be blocking DNS UDP port 53 outbound from servers within the UHNetwork that are listed as open resolvers. Additionally, all inbound DNS queries on UDP 53 will be blocked except those to previously identified servers.
This will affect servers and domain controllers on the UH network with unregistered DNS services. |
