Additional Notice to Ongoing Project
PROJECT: Information Technology Center, Project No. UH 06-546
CONTRACTOR: dck pacific construction, LLC
SCOPE OF WORK:
Due to construction of the new IT Center near Bilger Addition and Physical Science Building, large
trucks will be delivering and hauling materials and equipment to the work site beginning this week,
for the duration of the project. Large trucks will be escorted by contractors' personnel.
DURATION OF WORK:
Tuesday, January 31, 2012 - May, 2013.
DAYS AND HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
ACCESSIBLE ROUTES:
Access will be maintained through Bilger Addition, Bilger Hall, and Physical Science Building, and
around Keller Hall. Please refer to the following site for more information:

ADVISORY:
There may be traffic disruption and noise as these large trucks enter campus from East-West Road at
Dole Street and exit via Maile Way to University Avenue. All persons in the vicinity of the
construction project are advised to respect all construction barricades, flagmen, and all safety and
detour signs.
Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation to help maintain a safe environment
during construction.
