CONTRACTOR: dck pacific construction, LLC

SCOPE OF WORK:
Sawcut asphalt pavement on Correa Road, near the IT Center construction gate entrance, for future
utility work

DURATION OF WORK:
Friday, December 21, 2012

HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
7:30 am to 12 noon

ADVISORY:
On Friday, December 21, 2012, the contractor will sawcut the asphalt pavement on Correa Road, near
the construction entrance to the IT Center jobsite, for future utility work.

The contractor will provide flaggers for traffic control. One lane on Correa Road will remain open
during this work.

The project team appreciates your patience, understanding, and cooperation to help maintain a safe
environment during construction.
