CONTRACTOR:  dck pacific construction, LLC

Two large cooling towers will be delivered to the project site on FRIDAY, JANUARY 18 2013, BETWEEN 2
PM AND 3 PM, IN LIEU OF SATURDAY MORNING, JANUARY 19. There will be intermittent disruption to
traffic along Correa Road DURING THIS TIME.

There will be traffic disruption and noise as these large trucks enter the campus from East-West
Road at Dole Street and exit via Maile Way to University Avenue.  All persons in the vicinity of
the construction project are advised to respect all construction barricades, flagmen, and all safety
and detour signs. The delivery trucks will be accompanied by police escorts, and flaggers will be
used to help the truck back into and get out of the construction site.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and cooperation to help maintain a safe environment
during construction.
