NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION

PROJECT: 
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CENTER
UH 06-546

CONTRACTOR: dck pacific construction, LLC

SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractor, dck pacific/ Hawaiian Crane & Rigging will dismantle and remove the tower crane from
the project site.

DURATION OF WORK/HOURS OF CONSTRUCTION:
ALL DAY Saturday, February 2, 2013 (weather permitting) 

ADVISORY:
The west-bound lane of Correa Road fronting the west end of the job site will be partially blocked
as crane parts and equipment are removed from the job site.  There will be intermittent disruption
to both lanes of Correa Road but no entire road blockage is expected. The Contractor will provide
road/traffic control on Correa Road throughout the day as the crane is removed.

There will be traffic disruption and noise as large trucks enter the campus from Dole Street to
East-West Road and exiting via Maile Way/Dole Street to University Avenue. All persons in the
vicinity of the construction project are advised to respect all construction barricades, flagmen,
and all safety and detour signs.

The project team appreciates your patience, understanding, and cooperation to help maintain a safe
environment during construction.
