Pacific Islands R&E Network Workshop (invitation only)

Planning is now underway for the fourth Techs In Paradise event, a gathering of advanced networkers from around the world. Key participants will include the APAN (Asia-Pacific Advanced Network), Internet2, ESCC (ESnet Site Coordinators Committee), GLIF and network research communities. The TIP2013 event will provide a rare opportunity to bring together the North American and Asia-Pacific advanced networking communities for a week of meetings, workshops, collaboration, conversation and fellowship.

For attendees in telecommunications, the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) will hold its annual conference, PTC'13, in Honolulu the week after TIP2013.  PTC is the premiere and longest running annual telecommunications event in the Pacific Basin, gathering together thousands of members of the broader ICT community.

While TIP2013 is still in the very early planning stages, you can learn what the event will be like by viewing past  details from the Techs In Paradise 2008, Techs In Paradise 2004 and Techs in Paradise 2001 events.
