Description:  This session provides a basic overview of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and case scenarios as they apply to campus academic units. Intended for those with minimal knowledge of FERPA or as a review.

Description:  This session provides a more in-depth discussion of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and case scenarios focused on student and institutional support services. Intended for UH Functional Data Stewards with a working knowledge of FERPA.
