IntroductionPoster presentations will be displayed in the meeting area throughout the conference. Poster presenters will give a brief talk during a one-hour poster session to be held on Thursday, July 31, 5:00-6:00 pm. A wide variety of posters are sought covering topics of interest to Ex Libris' customers. GuidelinesEach poster presenter will be provided with one easel and one poster board. The board will be approximately 30"x40" in size. Each poster presenter will have one table, approximately 30"x60" in size. Scissors, clear plastic tape, push pins, and staplers will be available on-site. Internet access, a computer, a projector, and electrical connections will NOT be available in the poster area. Poster presenters are expected be in attendance in the poster area during the one-hour poster session on Thursday, July 31, 5:00-6:00 pm. During this time presenters will give mini-presentations about their posters as people gather around their tables. Set-up & Take-downSetup can take place as early as (to be determined), and must be completed before (to be determined). Poster Presenters must be in attendance in the poster area during this period: (to be determined). Posters must be removed no later than (to be determined). HandoutsPoster presenters are encouraged to provide handouts for their posters which, at a minimum, include the presenter's full contact information, the title and description/abstract of the poster, and information about where additional materials can be viewed or retrieved after the conference, for example, the ELUNA website, a web address at an institution, from the presenter by mail, etc. Please bring 200 copies of your handouts and a generous supply of business cards for when the handouts run out! Handouts can be mailed to your hotel, usually to arrive within one week of your check-in date. Contact your hotel for information. How to Submit Your Presentation ProposalComplete the Proposal Submission Form by May 30, 2008. Poster proposal acceptance notification can be expected by June 6, 2008. Criteria for Acceptance of ProposalsYour poster proposal will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Note: If the Planning Committee receives a large number of poster proposals, this may result in good proposals not being accepted due to the limited amount of floor space available.
