The Active Serial Titles Report provides a list of active serial titles with call numbers. The file can be searched by location: Asia, Business Humanities Social Sciences, East Asia, Government Documents, Hawaiian, Maps, Pacific, Review, Science Technology, Sinclair Library, Web, or all collections. A search can be limited by one or more languages: Chinese, English, French, German, Hawaiian, Japanese, Korean, Russian, and Spanish. Output can include: location, call number, title, and language, and can be formatted as HTML or as text for downloading into an application.

The Circulation by Call Number Report provides the number of qualifying items in a call number range, the number of checkouts, the percentage of your selection's total checkout to the entire collection you select, the percentage of your selection's total checkout to the entire library collection, the percentage of your selection's items to the entire collecton you select, and the percentage of your selection's items to the entire library collection.

The Fund Balance Percentage Report provides a list of book fund numbers with a figure showing the percentage of the fund's net allocation that has been encumbered and committed to date. Output includes fund number, fund description, net allocation, total expenditures, percent remaining, percent uncommitted, percent committed, selector. Output can be formatted as HTML or as text for downloading into an application.

Specification: If (1) a Purchase Order (PO) Number starts with characters "OUZS" and (2) The Purchase Order Status is any of the following: Pending, Approved/Sent, Received Partial, Received Complete, then the record qualifies as an active serial.

The General Shelf List Report provides a list of titles sorted by call number with item status or circulation history for a specified collection and location(s). Output includes Location, Call Number, Title, Author, Copy Number, Item Barcode, and either Item Status or Circulation History. Output can be formatted as HTML or as text for downloading into an application.

The Item Status Report provides a list of items in a collection with a specified status. The file can be searched by one or more of the 23 statuses available, such as renewed, missing, in-transit, lost. Output can include location, call number, title, author, item barcode, bib ID, MFHD ID, item ID, item status. Output can be formatted as HTML or as text for downloading into an application.

The Lost in 2004 Flood Report provides a list of items in a collection that were modified between 10 October 2004 and 30 October 2004 from a static list that is updated nightly from Voyager.

The North American Title Count, 2001 lists the number of titles held library-wide in specified Library of Congress classifications as of October 1, 2001. A compact disc with the full NATC may be borrowed from Collection Development and Management Special Projects.

The Selectors Management System (Titles Ordered Report) provides a list of titles ordered during a specified period. The file may be searched by any or all of the following: selector's name, vendor code, fund number. Order status may be specified as: all, approved, pending, received complete, received partial. Output includes title, vendor, purchase order number, fund, price, cost, status, date, purchase order notes, and line item note. Output can be formatted as HTML or as text for downloading into an application.
