Limits |
Incident # |
If you limit by location, your search will still retrieve records with holdings at your location even if the holdings are suppressed (e.g., withdrawn items). The OPAC display, however, does not show the suppressed holdings, so it gives the impression that the limit by location isnt working. (Enhancement request) |

If a location quick limit is set when you perform a search, and you then click on the Set Limits button, the location is not highlighted. (Bug) |

Call Number Searching |
Call Number Browse does not function as expected. Start by doing a call number browse search for a call number (PS 221 for example), then select a title in the list, then click Previous. You're taken to a record that may or may not be the previous one in the title index. Sometimes, the navigation buttons skip several records in the title list. If you click on Titles after viewing a few records, the title list will change so that the last viewed record is first on the list. (Bug) |

Paging Request Form (Call Slip) |
When you place a paging request on an item that you already placed a request on, you get the message that says there are no items for that title. You should get an error message that says the item has a request pending. |

Patrons can apparently type endlessly within the comments box of a call slip request form, but only a limited number of characters actually display on the printout. |

Record Display |
When there is a general material designation (GMD) in the 245 field ($h), it causes the italicized title in the full record display to appear as if it runs on into the statement of responsibility, because $h and its accompanying punctuation does not display. See "The Shooting Party" for an example. (Enhancement request pending) |

If there is both a $u (URL) and a $z (public note) in an 856 tag (Electronic Access and Location), WebVoyage only displays $z. (Enhancement request pending) |

Holdings Display |
The message "In Process" must be displayed for an item at bindery or damaged, because "not checked out" takes precedence over "at bindery" or any other status in the OPAC display. In other words, an item with a status of "at bindery" displays a status of "not checked out" in OPAC. (Feature) |

Records that have local subject headings display "not applicable" in the Heading Type field of a headings list. This is a problem in TTPI database. (Enhancement request pending) |

When a title search finds more than one matching entry in a single bib record (e.g., variant titles, series titles), the title index displays the title that is alphabetically first, instead of automatically displaying the 245 title (Enhancement request pending) |

When you do a headings search and click on the See Also button, you often see two identical authority records. This is because LTI, who did the authority clean-up for us, created a file with duplicate authority records that were loaded into our database. This is being resolved by Endeavor. |
