Article I. Parliamentary Procedure Section 2. Introduction of Business [Following the First Paragraph] “In order to conduct business in the most efficient manner, resolutions submitted and promulgated for Senate action at least one week prior to the next Senate meeting need not be read aloud on the Senate floor.”
