2. PBRC Response to VC Ostrander’s Letter on the Reorganization of PBRC

The meeting was called to order by Dr. Patrick Henry at 3:15 PM.

1. Approval of Minutes

Minutes from November 11, 2008, were unanimously approved as distributed.

2. PBRC Response to VC Ostrander’s Letter on the Reorganization of PBRC

The committee discussed the complexity involved in the reorganization of the PBRC.

Due to the absence of most committee members, it was decided that Dr. Henry circulates the main points of concern by email among the committee members for further comments.

The next meeting was scheduled for February 11, 2009, at 3:00 PM (POST 601)

The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 PM.
