*These proposed amendments are information items that will not be voted upon at the September meeting. The By-laws require that proposed amendments be read into the record at one meeting, voted upon by the Senate at the meeting immediately following, and then voted upon by the Congress at the meeting immediately following the Senate meeting with a vote. To ensure that this process is followed, the October Congress meeting (4-5 pm) will be held after the October Senate meeting (3-4 pm).
