Honolulu Civil Beat Article on Budget Workshop: UH System Finances Better Than They Look

The Budget Workshop was a two-day workshop run by Professors Rudy Fichtenbaum [Economics-Wright University] and Howard Bunsis [Accounting-Eastern Michigan University] who are experts in analyzing university budgets across the nation. This event was hosted by the All Campus Council of Faculty Senate Chairs (ACCFSC) and was made possible by the generous support of the the University of Hawaii Professional Assembily (UHPA).

Instructions	To access the recording, you will need to download Quick Time 7.0 or greater by clicking on the following link: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/ When you reach the Scopia Desktop page, click on the "watch recording" bar and enter meeting ID #6454.
Help	If you don't have a license to Quick Player Pro installed on your computer, you can still view the videorecordings. There is a download plug-in on the same page as the list of the recordings under the “watch recording” tab in the bottom left corner of the Scopia Desktop page. That download plug-in will work for the Scopia software to view all recordings from Scopia. After downloading the "download plug-in," click on the name of the recording itself, rather than the download link to view the video. This option doesn’t require you to purchase the Pro Version for Quick Player. If you have tried that and it still doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling your QuickTime software again.
