| 2 | May 14, 2012 1:02 PM | My committee had problems with finding a centralized room. We moved about throughout the last academic year. It would be better if we could have scheduled in 208. In previous years, we were able to use the conference room on the 3rd floor of Hawaii Hall. If 208 is not available, perhaps the MFS office staff can keep tabs on other potential rooms, e.g. Hemenway, Campus Center or elsewhere to assist committee chairs in finding rooms. |

| 4 | Apr 28, 2012 1:35 PM | For the few committee members who are coming from off-campus, it is a challenge to come to the meetings that are held at UH Manoa. It would be nice if the meetings can be held somewhere else where parking is free and easily acquired. But then again, I do not think this will likely happen since majority of the committee members are from Manoa. |
