1May 19, 2012 7:47 PMI checked "False" because the instrument made me, but I honestly haven't a clue--or at least this is not the right audience to be answering this question, as we've decided to spend some of our time on shared governance! This is a question that needs to be asked across the entire faculty, not just of Senators.
2May 14, 2012 1:20 PMIt varies. I've been here 25+ and have only now been involved in faculty governance. The majority of the faculty don't value it or find it a huge waste of their precious time. Therefore only a minority of the faculty continue to do the work of the Senate. We need to encourage others to see the value of doing the work.
