This is a question that needs to be asked across the entire faculty, not just of Senators.|
|2||May 14, 2012 1:20 PM||It varies. I've been here 25+ and have only now been involved in faculty governance. The majority of the faculty don't value it or find it a huge waste of their precious time. Therefore only a minority of the faculty continue to do the work of the Senate. We need to encourage others to see the value of doing the work.|
