Q: How do I become a Senator?
- Step #1: Log into the Senate or Executive Committee election site using your UH username and password
- Step #2: Follow the online instructions to declare your candidacy to serve as your consitiency's represenative on the Senate.
Q: When can I declare my candidacy
- Candidates may register for either election right up until the voting begins.
Q: When will election results be released?
- Senate Election results will be released by March 21.
Q: What are the election rules?
- Senate elections are governed by the Elections Code in our MFS Rules of Order, as well as our Charter and By-Laws. The Senate also approved CFS's Recommendations on the Election Process in January 2012.

Q: Who runs the Senate Elections
- The Committee on Faculty Service (CFS) conducts the Senate elections.
