Rotary Club will hear about UH cloning research August 18
What: "The Mouse That Roared: The Honolulu Cloning Technique" Luncheon address to Rotary Club of Honolulu
Who: Alan Teramura, Senior Vice President for Research, University of Hawai'i and Dean, Graduate Division, UH Manoa Teramura became a familiar face last month when he fielded questions from local reporters while "Team Yanagimachi"--Professor of Anatomy and Reproductive Biology Ryuzo Yanagimachi and post-doctoral fellows Teruhiko Wakayama and Tony Perry--was in New York City for the announcement that they had produced three generations of cloned mice using the "Honolulu technique" they developed at UH.
