UH graduate student speaks on domestic violence Augustina Manuzak, a graduate student in the University of Hawai'i School of Public Health appears Friday morning, August 14, on Channel 2's 6 a.m. newscast with Mary Zanakis. Manuzak will present some of the ways the community is responding to domestic violence, as well as ways in which individuals can find help to deal with this problem. Manuzak, who is specializing in Health Services Administration and Planning,
focuses on domestic violence as a public health issue, with a special emphasis
on domestic violence and minority women. The appearance with Zanakis is
the first of several she has planned for the coming school year. |
