Task Force on Public Health - Membership Update University of Hawai'i Sr. Vice President Dean Smith has been informed that Paul Brewbaker, Bank of Hawai`i economist, will be unable to serve on the UH task force on public health, because of other commitments. Leroy Laney, retired First Hawaiian Bank chief economist, has agreed to serve on the panel. Laney joins four other community members on the task force to evaluate the costs and benefits of maintaining an accredited school of public health in the state of Hawai'i.
