The UH Manoa Earle Ernst Lab Theatre will perform "Machinal," a production that uses expressionist techniques to depict the plight of an Everywoman struggling to be an individual during the Industrial Revolution. The play, written in 1929 by Sophie Treadwell, is based on the sensational murder trial of Ruth Snyder and Judd Gray. Dec. 3. Earle Ernst Lab Theatre, UH Manoa.
