Road construction around UH A city roadwork project in the vicinity of University Avenue and Dole Street is causing traffic delays on University Avenue and Dole Streets and on University off-ramps from the H-1 freeway. UH students scheduled to take final exams this week and other people traveling to the University of Hawai'i are advised to allow extra travel time. The Wai'alae Avenue gate is recommended as an alternate entrance and exit route to the UH parking structure.
